Any Goods or information displayed on this Website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy any Goods advertised on the Website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without a reason being presented. Placing an order does not confirm that the order is accepted. Acceptance of the order commence once we’ve shipped out the package only.

Accuracy

Images of Goods on this Website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made very effort to display as accurately as possible the details of the Goods that appear on this Website but they may vary slightly from the image shown.

We cannot guarantee that Your Goods or any colour represented will accurately reflect the actual colour of the Goods.

Prices and Payment

If you order and pay by Debit or Credit card and your address details do not match the card registered address, or you do not pass 3D Secure, you may be subject to an additional security check for further verification. Any details you are requested to provide will be for the sole purpose of verifying your transaction and the information requested will not be passed on to any other person, business or other 3rd party, unless requested by your card issuer to verify the transaction.

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Goods and are extra. The charge will depend on where the Goods are being shipped to, shipping method selected and value of the order. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from ENCRYPTED-OS.COM, the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimated times. We do accept payment made by credit or debit cards from foreign banks but due to fluctuations in exchange rates, payment will be charged in Great British Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify. We will not deliver the Goods unless there is someone present to accept them. We ask that You sign a delivery note, to say that the Goods have been received. If someone else accepts delivery and signs the delivery note, we will deem this to be acceptance from You.

Changing Your Mind

You have the right to cancel Your contract either before or if you are a United Kingdom customer, up to seven working days after the Goods are delivered. If you are an overseas customer, this period is extended to fourteen days, starting the day the Goods are delivered. This must be done in writing, via email or fax.

Blackphone 2: SilentOS Updates & Remote Wipe

The Blackphone 2 has reached the end of production and Silent Circle are no longer pushing updates to the device. The Remote Wipe feature has also been removed and the recent price drop reflects these changes. The Blackphone 2 is still a very good solution for secure communication using the Silent Phone application.

Liability

Your attention is particularly drawn to this clause as it contains limits of Our Liability to You.

The Goods sold on this Website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislations. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK. There are lots of rights that the law says You have as a consumer. We are happy to honour all of those rights, plus all those representations made about the Goods on this Website. We warrant that any Goods bought from Us will be of satisfactory quality for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than that, we exclude all other warranties (express or implied) to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Assignment

We may assign the Contract or any part of it to any person, firm of company. You shall not be entitled to assign the Contract or any part of it without our prior written consent.
